Personally 1:72 WWII games are my jam. Currently working on a set of rules of my own and building up some German and Soviet units. I used to dabble in 40k and the Games Workshop Lord of the Rings game (which was great, as I recall), as well as some 1:35 WWII skirmish stuff. Thinking about having a hoon on Necromunda. It did previously have the best box art known to man:
