Hey guys,
Never really put one and two together between this part of the forum and my business.
In a nutshell, we use only 100% recycled native timber in making custom pieces of furniture, kitchens or smaller things like bread boards, chopping boards, dish racks, boxes etc.
We source our timber from demoyards, generally its from old houses that have been torn down - the good is of exceptional quality.
Anyway feel free to have a look at our trademe (new things added each week) http://www.trademe.co.nz/Members/Listin ... er=4007817
Or if you want something repaired, resurfaced, restored or built to any specifications - shoot us an email at:

Re: Environmentally friendly furniture & woodcraft
cool to see someone doing this.
there's a whole lot of really nice old timber (kauri / rimu) that's gonna end up in the landfill down here because no one has the resources to process it. demo guys are selling rimu 4x2 for around $3/m at the moment, just needs denailing.
