I'm leaning towards Hendo.. no apparent reason, I just see that right clipping Fedor.

So the big question of the weekend seems to be whether or not the stoppage in Fedor vs Hendo was early. I believe it was not, and all Herb Dean did was stop Fedor having to take another 5-6 unanswered shots to the face. What say the rest of you?

Aside from that, it was one of the lamer Strikeforce cards I've ever seen. I know this has little to do with it, but I can't help but think the fights were more exciting when it wasn't under Zuffa control. Coincidence?

Don't think the stoppage was early at all. Fedor faceplanted after Hendo caught him, the additional punches woke him up. That's the only fight I've watched on the card cause I'm capped at home.

So Strikeforce currently has no heavyweight or welterweight champion and their light heavyweight champion doesn't have a contract...

The more I've watched the finish, the more I accept it as a legit stoppage. That uppercut was bang on and flattened old mate, between that and the shots to the head after (albeit to the back of the head) I don't think he was intelligently defending, he rolled over without his hands up and would have taken a Hendo hiding had the fight gone on any longer.

Henderson is a beast, much respect.

Hendo is now asking for the winner of Bones/Rampage to unite the belts. I think this is an entirely legitimate request, and also bad news for the UFC champ he gets to fight. Rampage has lost a bit of swagger recently but I reckon Hendo is a better fighter than he's ever been. I also see him being a bad match-up for Bones. On top of this, being the current SF LHW champ without a contract, he will be justified in asking for mega $$ and will most likely get it. I reckon he's earned every penny of a sweet PPV cut deal that should be coming his way.

whoaa so i didn't see that coming. I see why people are up in arms about the stoppage, but Fedor did look unresponsive after the uppercut, hands limp, face first. The question to ask is would Hendo have pummelled him stupid after that, and i think the answer is yes.

Like i said earlier tho Hendo's follow-ups were right to the back of the head. that is really brain rattling stuff and probably shocked him back into consciousness, albeit a very confused consciousness. Now Fedor's been dropped by Zuffa, would have been funny to even suggest that at at the start of the year.

Also looks like Overeem will never fight in the UFC.

stoppage looked a lil early but I do think it was justified. If Fedor took a few more of those to the head while he was out then who knows what could have happened. If you're not responsive and take a big shot then fighter safety is more important than a miracle comeback.

Lovin Brian Ebersoles work at 133. Never has a boring fight in or out of the UFC. Hopefully he gets on quite a few more future cards.

Watched that fight as well.. 3 pro fights and 3 amateur fights and she's only fought for 3.20 min so far. That's pretty impressive.

Ben Henderson and Jim Miller got robbed of fight of the night.
I'm glad Dan Hardys not getting cut. Hes had a poor run and the holes in his game have become more evident in the last few fights but I still love watching him.
Sucks that Kyle noke lost to a heel hook.

I can see why they gave it to Lytle/Hardy - It was a lot more back and forward than Bendo just crushing Miller. That and it being his last fight.

Full credit to Chris Lytle for bowing out while he's still doing good, and not Liddelling his way to retirement. Much respect!

This could be quite possibly the best UFC event ive seen, only bad part was Kenny Florians commentating. Everything about this event was sick, the crowd, the fights, the knockouts, big nog!!@^&%!@

Yeah my thoughts too, best UFC I've seen.

It had everything you could want, back and fourth matches, big bombs, big balls and hat taxing galore. The only key component it missed was the golden tounge of El Rogan.
