I had $20 in my head, however it's probably been over a year since I bought one and the price on the link for a smaller one is only $2.99...so I'm not really sure.

I bought a property in Ellerslie (Auckland) today. With the LVR lending changes and xmas, I've noticed less buyers at auctions lately

I'm eyeing up park benches and alley ways for my retirement if I fail to die youngish and leave a reasonably good looking corpse.

Those look good Pert. We don't have tons of space, so I have purged a lot of my old posters...mainly just got ones from my own shows, haha. But we got other A3 stuff to chuck up on dem waahls also.

Yeah most of my gig posters include Hung Jury/Stitchface/Gaylordz

I've been trying to figure out a way of easily displaying all the posters that are a bit shit to put on the walls - something like a photo album, but haven't quite figured it out yet.

Anything as long as you try and fix for a year or two? RBNZ probably going to pump interest rates up like 2% by the end of 2015, which I'm not looking forward to

The worst thing that ever happened to me was on Christmas. Oh, God. It was so horrible. It was Christmas Eve. I was 9 years old. Me and Mom were decorating the tree, waiting for Dad to come home from work. A couple hours went by. Dad wasn't home. So Mom called the office. No answer. Christmas Day came and went, and still nothing. So the police began a search. Four or five days went by. Neither one of us could eat or sleep. Everything was falling apart. It was snowing outside. The house was freezing, so I went to try to light up the fire. That's when I noticed the smell. The firemen came and broke through the chimney top. And me and Mom were expecting them to pull out a dead cat or a bird. And instead they pulled out my father. He was dressed in a Santa Claus suit. He'd been climbing down the chimney... his arms loaded with presents. He was gonna surprise us. He slipped and broke his neck. He died instantly. And that's how I found out there was no Santa Claus.

Merry Christmas all!

Moved in yesterday, went well. Stereo set up, lounge and kitchen arranged. Street was noisier than we are used to so sleep was abit average, will get used to that though.

Heading to devonport for Christmas today then back home for some more organising

Good to see the most important things set up first. Stereo in so that you can blast it and piss off the neighbors whilst moving in the rest. I think the TV was what went in first at ours as there was something on I wanted to watch

Also moved in yesterday. Kitchen and stereo set up, sky, phone and internet to come. Just got back from a crimbo lunch, food coma-ing with a cuppa, then more unpacking later.
Merry Xmas everyone.

Still better than paying rent.

Hmm, re what to talk about. We have a growing list of stuff to do. Repiling the place is the biggy. And the shower pressure is pretty shite. Carpet is shot, and there's weatherboards that need replacing.

Got cockroaches keep trying to get in from outside, even though I've bugbombed the house. Being the only resident male really, means I constantly have to deal with any bugs in the house or the girls flip a shit.

I dont mind them, I happily pick them up and put them back outside. Also the fumigation stuff means that most die once they get in. Also I'd WAY rather have them than spiders. So I'm not too concerned.
