I just spent all my money on a waterpump for a ute that is mine (but is in my partner's name) and a spade, a leaf rake, and a pruning saw.
Fuck you santa! I can buy my own presents!!!

So I went to that tattoo fest recently and took heaps of cash with me but spent it all on drugs, booze and food as opposed to new ink. 3 days of sunburn, reckless indulgence, and perverted glances.

Anyway, Xmas is fucking ruined.

I wonder what Skoll is doing...

I want a tattoo of the Sacred Chao and someone to joyously partake of my hotdog. They can even wear a Santa hat and sing Ding Dong Merrily On High. I'd dig that.

Merry Christmas Dave Brown.

Lucy and I are moving into our house on Christmas Eve, so that makes for a pretty neat chrimbo.

Also moving into our house over Christmas. Possession date 20 Dec.
Attempting to transplant all my veges and plants is going to be a bit stressful, but is going to be great to not have to move every 10 months, just when the garden is good.

nice one Pert. Where did you buy? I've been casually house hunting for a while. Even when I've been the highest bidder, it has not met the sellers' expectations...

Mangere Bridge - we had been looking there almost exclusively for about 12 months, managed to find the exact house we really wanted (villa) being sold as a private sale, just before the lending changes. I really don't know how we managed to be so absurdly lucky.

Sounds grand! I'll be in Devonport during the day (talk about a white christmas olololol), but a skype in the eve would be great!

Harassed boyfriend jumped to his death after his girlfriend insisted on going into another clothes shop
Tao Hsiao was shopping with his girlfriend in Jiangsu province, east China
After five hours Tao finally had enough and demanded to go home
When she insisted they go into another shop the 38-year-old chucked the bags to the floor and jumped over the balcony

This article brings me immense amusement, step aside idle threats! This chaps melodramatic reaction is an inspiration to all of those fallen victim to furfull their partners whim, a martyr! Fortunately the only shopping I do with 'da missus' is at the bottle store, and a mutual enthusiasm is shared on the browsing and purchasing of such goods, and thus no suicide is necessary :) huzzah!

Just got a place in Papakura this year, and it's already gone from being just me living there, to me and 3 others, with a 4th coming.. and a puppy. Place is hectic as now.

Not quite as grown up, but me and Shez finally have our own place to rent. We have enough things to fill both rooms, including kitchen utensils. I put artwork into frames instead of just chucking it directly onto the walls.

A3 gig posters look pretty good in the plain glass (no actual frame) frames they usually sell at Briscoes - like these (but bigger) http://www.briscoes.co.nz/decorating-and-accessories/frames/single/1010505/Photo-Frame-Essential-Clip-5x7inch.html

how much are they roughly? i've been getting cheap A2 and A3 frames from a photography place, simple thin black frame and perspex instead of glass. $30 for A2 i think, also have the added bonus of not smashing if they come off the walls like a fair few have done in some of the decent quakes. only got posters in frames on the walls at home, fucking grown up as.
