No, you missed my point completely.
It does have a latin root (extrapolated from the Greek, you state it has no root). It says right there in my post where the word comes from.
The point is that if we used intraversion, then extraversion would be correct.
We use intro and extro in this instance, not necessarily all words which use this prefix.

This is the kind of industrial psychology pseudo-scientific management wank fuckery that I find to be personally invasive, insulting time wasting bullshit in the work place. I was subjected to some of it last year. Stupid gushing cow came in to do a course. She was one of those givers of unwanted hugs who invades your personal space and thinks they can make everybody be best mates by putting them on the spot and asking them violatingly intimate questions. When she asked me if I'd ever been in love I told her,

It was worth it for the look on her face. She actively avoided directly dealing with me for the next two days.
