If you are, please don't film it in a desolate looking warehouse. Please.

those old gun emplacements on the hill above shelley bay are some good abandoned tunnels. the hospital you've heard of might have been the children's dental hospital on willis st which was abandoned for ages before it became apts.

There's an old abandoned house about 100 years old on Happy Valley Road across the stream right by the turn off to the dump.

Old gun emplacements up the top of Brooklyn Hill on the road to the windmill.

Another gun emplacement in Karori http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wrights_Hill_Fortress

Pretty sure there's an old kids hospital or some sort of institution up in Newtown. Last street on the right just before you go over the hill to Hataitai.

Nah definitely do it in an abandoned factory with like a shaky as camera for when things get real intense.

Also some shots of an alternative looking girl getting i don't know maybe mistreated by her boyfriend or something cut in between wouldn't go amiss.

Are those buildings along the bypass (Karo Drive) occupied yet? Chuck a brick through those windows and get busy in there.

The 'abandoned hospital' along Alexandra Road is being restored at the moment... not sure it's the place you're looking for.

As well as the gun forts up in Karori / Wrights' Hill, there are abandoned concrete bunkers / tunnel networks in the Miramar hills.

actually if you head up behind the hospital, off the end of owen st, theres a carpark, staff only etc, but nevermind that, go into the back of that, and then behind it there is(or was) some concrete pads where there used to be some buildings, theres always a shopping trolley and a few breadbags filled with paint kicking about, the kind of ratshit tags you get in places like that, its pretty desolate alright, the trees there are practically growing sideways.

The old D.S.I.R behind Taita College, although im not sure its still abandoned, its been a long time since i was there. Have you seen Dylan and Nathans film Picnic? Thats where its filmed. Well there and Newtown somewhere.
