Funny thing is, it could have all been solved quite easily if they'd bothered to weigh the bag when they seized it in Indo, then compared it to the weight of the bag when she checked it in. Even a complete dumbfuck wouldn't miss a 4.1kg weight difference.

Without that evidence, or any other evidence proving innocence, the court didn't have any choice but to assume they were hers. Yeah, the sentence is way harsh, but if you're gonna smuggle drugs to Indonesia, you'd be aware of the repercussions of getting caught. regardless of if she is guilty of that offence or not, i believe she should walk free. shes spent 9 months in prison so far. shes served her time as far as im concerned. 9 months without freedom must be hell. Our prisons are about rehabilatation, and you know that if she did comit this crime theres no way in fuck that she would again.

^aha true, didnt notice that, thats a pretty bold claim.. prison is just a crime training camp, its ridiculous, imprisonment is a stupid idea anyway, its just to satisfy the perversions of our masters, like whippings, hangings and other sadistic punishments.

the real punishment often comes after release, and that is what all punishment should be beased on, social restrictions, priviliges lost, abilty to own certain things blocked etc..

imprisonment shouldnt be a punishment only a tool for the protection of people.
