i didnt think they were very funny either, but i posted some of my favourite darkies all the same, im sick of racism, its racist that im not allowed to use a word like 'darkie' but its perfectly ok to call me white.

darkie is differnt to white.
Dark would be the same as white.
Or black or brown.

Whitey would be the same as darkie.
Which yeah some people do find offensive.

laughing about the term kike which is a german derogitry description of a jew in good humour in my opinion dissolves any malice intended in the word and gives a new more light hearted value, that in turn is an insult against those what would of first used it.

Thats bollocks, I, and most of my caucasian friends are referred to as white all the time. Just because you dont find it on official forms doesnt mean its not a "thrown around all the time" term. I dont even find it offensive, id call a black person black, its probably no different.

True, and we also have the choice not to go to a site anymore, or support it.

But surely it would be better to have a site where racism is not tolerated?

I'm not sure if its irony or not, but last year on the Punkfest posters with its anti-racism protest theme and then you come to an online place like this, where apathy reigns supreme.

Maybe thats just the gap between real-life punk rockers and internet nerds widening.

yeh and plenty of people refer to me as white or european, im not white and ive never been to europe, and no, my ancestors didnt come from eurpoe either.

it should be enuff that i dont want to be called white or pakeha, but no, im fucking sick of it, its blatant racism, lumping me in with a group of people who my ancestors fought for longer and probably harder than any of the people who now accuse me of being one of them.
