Had a few debates about whether or not Harry Potter is 'literature'. I like the argument "it got me into reading".

Homos. I was reading Camus at 13.

i remember reading charlie and the great glass elevator when i was 7, i remember i was 7 cos one of charlies grandparents was relating that she was 8 when a certain event happened(in order to determine her age) and i was highly insulted that she described 8 as 'very little'.
i started doing drugs and drinking when i was about that age so my literary achievements kinda plateaued with LOTR and roots.

Also grew up on Roald Dahl, and thought Harry Potter movie was all good. This was probably helped by the fact that i'd forgotten almost all of the events in the book, meaning i didn't miss the ones they omitted. Worth my $10.

I can't believe i wasted my money on that pile of turd (even though it was only about $8nz cause i saw it in croatia). It seemed like there was nothing new to add so it was just a teenage crush movie with everything repeated from the earlier ones. Peeeyeww.

I grew up reading Colliers Encyclopedia, fat lot of good that did me.

Sweet review...

Got dragged along to see it a couple weeks ago.

Felt like a looser standing in line with kids wearing wizard hats and fat men in trackies and crocs.

Was long, pretty boring and didn't really find any jokes funny.

Special effects were kinda sweet I guess.

Wouldn't really recommend it to be honest but I guess it depends how much of a fan/nerd you are.

Yeah... that's my 2 cents.

I watched it and didn't like it. I'm not a Harry Potter fan and I've only seen one before this though, but it seemed like a bunch of sub plots with no main storyline and nothing really happens
