The police are laying charges apparently.

By noise band do they mean something shitty, or just a band that's a bit heavier than coldplay?

“Without lawful excuse and without claim of right, knowing a letter to contain a threat to damage property, namely a building, office and house, secured the said letter to 318 Moray Pl and caused the said letter to be received by members of the public”.
Surprised they're pursuing it really, I guess the police are pissed off.

LSD Fundraiser is just one guy, Dean, who i know reasonably well. Generally keeps to himself but very passionate about listening to and creating, music. Mainly noisy, esoteric type of stuff, also the driving force behind a band called Wolfskull. Definitely comes across as a harmless individual that wouldnt even harbour ideas of widespread damage and chaos, particularly against other humans. The whole thing strikes me as making a whole lot of kerfuffle about nothing much at all.

I got my copy of the Black Widow LP Sacrifice off him, seemed pretty sweet to me

I think the cops are assuming that pursuing this further will minimise any more embarrassment on their part. I'm not so sure of that.
He pled not guilty already Yeah?

What sucks is that he had to go to court over this nonsense. Typical lawyer's bill is about 5 grand.

He had a good fundraiser at his place the other weekend. I think they raised about $1000 from memory. Dunno how much the legal costs were though. The police fucked up as they knew he'd done another tape paste-up a few days before. Hopefully it's not much for him.
Been doing vocals in a band called Wolfskull with Dene recently. Bloody good fun.
