Original owner was a guy I knew through my music course, bought it off ebay for like $800.

Sold it on to someone else for about $1600. I used it for the video and while I really liked the guitar, I jewed myself out of buying it simply cause I knew how cheap the original purchase price was haha.

That aside, well worth the price though. The original buyer I think just got lucky with an ebay auction and exchange rate.

no I remember original buyer saying it was insanely cheap, 800 sticks in my head. It was the exact reason why I passed on 1600. But again, still a bargain for that price regardless.

did wintec for a few years, media arts degree, music something or rather. Dropped out cause I figured I didn't care for recording/production/theory, I just wanted to get a decent job/career and play guitar haha.

few things

1. are you 100% on $800 ?? think about it ross...... are you, Ross McDogual, CERTIAN, that it was exactly $800 dollars and not a dollar more or less? take your time mr mcdogual....but do rerember...you are under oath....

2. so was it a arts course or media course or music course? because a few post up you said music course.... and now.... you not saying its a music course. whitch is it?

3. your implying to the jury that you want to work a decent job/play guitar... is this is what has happened? are you happy?

3) Yes it happened, yes I'm happy. Did/do everything I wanted music wise and didn't need the degree to do it.

hahaha no one says you need a degree, but as a 17/18 year old nearly leaving high school without a single clue as to what I wanted to do, studying music seemed like a good idea. Slowly figured out what I wanted to do 3/4 of the way through it, haha.

look up antagonist a.d - distance on youtube. No advertising, I was playing a Radian custom SG at the time which was cool to play but never felt comfortable with. Boozy had an M1 and it looked cooler than the guitar I had, so I borrowed one to use for the video too. Couldnt find one in my non existent budget to buy anyway.

Very cool guitars though, I got to check out the ESP HQ shop in Japan a little while later. Lots of cool guitars there!

it totally has. We've written a power ballad for the movie. Think Aerosmith in Armageddon.

Here's a sneaky preview of the video we shot for it.
