First issue complete!
Includes recent interviews with Dunedin bands: Feral Hunks, FOE, Infinite Justice, ScumHammer, God Awful, Conniption, Gravemind and Bazooka.
Also: a summary/history of legendary old Dunedin venue The Nerve Centre, cool artwork and insignificant anecdotes.
Copies are $5 each including P&P, Or 5 copies for $20 including P&P.
All money goes towards covering costs of this issue, and hopefully some of the next, which is already underway.
Post or message if you're keen, and you will receive details of how to pay.
This is totally non-profit and DIY.

should have called it 'your place in the world'
Hail to the demons of the earth and kaos anarchy and destruction to those who exploit our human rights and starve the poor and make us suffer for the dead now walk the earth the armys of the dead hail vampires and all creatures of the night hail to the white moon and drtink the blood of our enimies and paint the town red

Thanks heaps to everyone who has ordered a copy so far, they have been posted and are on their way. Big shout to Sandie, who made the first $20 order.
Great response to material for the second issue. Send in yer stuff humans, anything and everything given serious consideration. Due to be released in the next two or three weeks.

read em and wipe? i remember in the 80s when we had those old school post office bankbooks, and my mate Rueben had a shit in the library toilets before realising there was no paper so had to use the pages of his bankbook  just managed to save the page that had his balance on it.

Cheers for any feedback on the zine. Now only a few pages left for second one which will be out next week. Still keen on contributions, especially any written pieces.

Yeah, shit, I had one of them too. Not for long though.

School banking, what a fucking clever corporate scheme that was - turned out good for Westpac. Bit like apple with the macs in schools bullshit these days.

My school banking was done at the post office savings bank too. I'm sure most of those accounts became Postbank then ANZ.

I once had a term investment with Westpac. Due to all the hassles I suffered just getting the money out, I will never bank with them again.

Ditto for me too.

Bloody awesome zine actually. Packed full of interesting / humorus rambles and rantings from the inner workings of Marks alter ego Bolshy Mcbard as well as band interviews and some very interesting reads on the history of the Dunedin Punk scene.

The layout out is a visual symphony too, and Marks crazy artwork is a highlight and I found it quite impressive actually. Reminded me a lot of Gee Vaucher's (Crass) style poster art.

Loving the old school paper format too, so good being able to pick this up and read it over a coffee or a beer. Definatley reccomend getting a copy or two of this, it's like 1985 just came back in a a big fucking way. 8)

Are you serious? I haven't even finished the other one!
I need to read faster. Or cut down on my fiber intake so I'm in the bathroom more often. Or upping it heavily could work too?

Loved the intro
"I'd still be soaking up the same old big big yellow pouring from the blue blue sky as mikey the millionaire was on the deck of his big schooner"
