Batman Begins the other night. And The Dark Knight last night, but passed out towards the end. Seen them before and they're excellent. Bale plays the best Batman/Bruce Wayne, and Heath Ledger was a remarkable Joker. It's also interesting looking into Ledger's Joker after having watched Joker with Joaquin Phoenix recently. (hu btr?)

No film too obscure. It's deadset crackupz even with the first 10 mins. So 80s it hurts. The IBM XT computer, roller skates, dude's jacket with ghastly elbow patches etc.

Being brought up by baptists, television was deemed the devil. We didnt have one until I was a teenager, which means I missed out on a lot of classic shows and only discover them later in life.
Right now I'm discovering X files and Twin Peaks for the first time. I was obsessed with Twin peaks at first, but now I am at the end of the second season and my interest is waning, should I peruse?

I'd say yes. Watch TP: Fire Walk With Me next, it's gloriously fucked up. I like how gutwrenching it is compared to other Lynch films.

Season 3 was hit and miss for me. I dislike that it just kept piling on more and more paranormal stuff. But Good Coop trapped in the state that he is for much of the season is the single most hilarious character I've seen on TV. Makes it way less of a slog to get through than season 2. Enjoyable on the whole if you don't worry too much about trying to understand what you're seeing.

Kind of liked Peggy Lipton too when I was in a milfy mood... she died a couple of years ago. They're rerunning The Mod Squad on Jones and she was the stereotype dumb hippy chick... in real life she was very intelligent.
