Same, really should cancel it. It's the new gym membership you never use.

Part of me thinks this is Netflix bowing to pressure from the studios, the other part of me thinks this is netflix trying to put pressure on the studios to give them more global rights, by increasing the amount of pirated content.

I hope it's the latter, but if it is I can't see this being a quick battle for netflix. By the time they actually get a decent global library we might have already moved on to the next thing anyway....

Hopefully my hulu account holds up - there's some good stuff on there. Not looking forward to having to use NZ netflix, might not bother. Definitely not going back to sky in anyway shape or form. Fuck it, maybe i'll just read more books...

cos im still getting no love.

maybe its my isp and i need to go thru tor or something.

i just dont know anymore, technology is leaving me behind, in my day we had to click thru 15 miles of popups, with no shoes, up hill both ways, to download one music video, which just turned out to be weird porn.

If you wanna be past-ist like me, I've mainly been finding stuff via filemare.com, which indexes open FTPs. Just gotta check that you're not getting something dubbed in Russian (copy & paste the incomplete file when it's 3% done and check that). Or failing that, SoulSeek, basically the Napster that was never shut down in over 15 years. Amazing.
