That one with the roaches did my fucking head in, continuation of my cry at the 2015 Wipe when Barry Shitpeas realised refugees were humans. I really liked the chick flick one (shut up).

In other news, hi dicks I missed youse. Well some of youse. A little bit. Well maybe. Actually nah, get fucked 0X :fist: :calavcalav:

Just finished watching them last night. Enjoyed the one about the roaches too but my favourite was the last, 'Hated in the Nation', anything with Kelly MacDonald is gonna be good. Next series out in 2017 apparently.

Just finished watching, fuck I love black mirror.

The only problem with the series is that the more you watch the better at predicting the various "twists", but it's great when they still manage to surprise you.

Not a huge fan of Roald Dahl style gimmicky plot twists myself, the story should flow naturally. That said, it's an impressive series, just catching up to the netflix season now.

I wouldn't say black mirror does gimmicky twists?

I had in mind the episode Playtest with the triple twist at the end, definitely the weakest episode so far.

I wonder why he didn't do a Weekly Wipe this year, just too busy playing with the Americans or what? We've needed him more than ever in this 2016 bullshit. Cunk on Shakespeare almost made up for it tho, I guess.

I really liked San Junipero. It was unexpectedly upbeat, plus I'm a sucker for '80s pop music.

Shut Up And Dance was a real punch in the guts.

A punch in the guts which was weirdly obvious, in hindsight

Yeah San Junipero was a great, kind of black mirrored black mirror.

San Junipero led to a pretty intense convo over here about whether we would want that for ourselves. I'm like HELLS YEAH I WANA PARTY IN THE 80s FOREVER, but my friend was like no fuckin way, I just wana do my time and gtfo :/

Yeah San Junipero was actually rather sweet, maybe his wife had something to do with the writing. Shut up and Dance was the most disturbing episode... seems a bit of a plot hole that the cam would only show him, not what was on his computer screen. He seemed more like a 12 year old in a 17 year old body than an actual predator to me, the early scene with the girl was slightly cringeworthy but it's not like he did anything wrong.
