that being said, that was totally Hershel's farm at the end. and they were carrying Carl there so I presume they go there for the same reason. but i wonder if its still from being shot when out hunting or what

Some intense parts, emotion to the max, lots of moaning bitches.

Some good scenes, but it was a pretty average episode, I thought. HATED the badly-written expository monologues, like Rick on the walkie-talkie at the start and then people talking to Jesus.

Also couldn't believe how stupid this group of previously pretty savvy survivors were when confronted with an enormous load of corpse-filled cars. "Looks good. Let's all split up and wander around. Hey, why not let the kids go play in the cars, too?"

It wasn't really, except for the zombies, which have since lost their novelty value I suppose.

So general consensus is that I shouldn't bother? One less show to watch is actually pretty relieving.

It was a criticism of the comics - that they became a soap opera with zombies in the background. But that's not really my problem with the TV series...it's just how incredibly unlikeable the characters are. How are we supposed to feel any kind of tension over them when we don't give a shit whether they live or get turned into zombie chow.

And the big speeches are wearing thin fast.

It's on borrowed time for me - I'll give it a couple more episodes, but mostly because I know what's in the barn...
