Does Gilliam's Imaginarium come out this year?

Stoked on Wrestler and, for some reason, Coraline, both are listed as early April openings in NZ i think?

9 takes place in a world parallel to our own, in which the very legacy of humanity is threatened. A group of sapient rag dolls, living a post-apocalyptic existence find one of their own, 9 (Elijah Wood), who displays leadership qualities that may help them to survive.

The conflicted, but resilient group includes 1 (Christopher Plummer), a domineering war veteran; 2 (Martin Landau), an aged inventor; 5 (John C. Reilly), a stalwart mechanic; 6 (Crispin Glover), a visionary and artist; and 7 (Jennifer Connelly), a brave warrior.

Looks like it should have been a video game instead.

I'm pretty down with checking this one out too. I liked the original movies as a kid hopefully it'll be better than the modern Star Trek shit.

Yeah! The dialogue in particular sounds a bit wobbly - I smell potential for so-bad-it's-good.

Watched Showgirls again the other night, still an amazing film. Need more like that.

No shit? Man, it's all go. I've written a feature for a director in New York - currently going through rewrites (fun, fun). The schedule there is to shoot in the Northern summer.

so keen for "Away We Go", film written by Dave Eggers / directed by Sam Mendes. Interesting to see Egger's first film writing, esp. before Where the Wild Things Are

Looking forward to T3; unsure how the final cut is going to look,
but the theme they are engaging is the part of the series that Iv allways been most interested in, but other than a few cutscenes hasnt been explored yet.

Also looking forward to Island of the dead,

Terminator Salvation should be pretty wicked, gutted it's apparently not tying into the canon of Sarah Connor Chronicles though.

We must be due for a 2010 thread soon?
'I Like It When You Die' is the fourth album by American grindcore band Anal Cunt. The album was originally titled You're Gay, and the album cover was going to contain a mirror, but this idea was later changed
