they did an online poll with a big list of places and said they'd play at the most popular ones. people probably did what i did and vote for the most ridiculous small and out of the way towns.

Putaruru and Hawera, fkn awesome work! Sometimes the small town shows are the best ones.
Shoulda chucked Twizel in there somewhere.

small town shows can be great when youve got a dedicated scene who are gunna travel to wherever the fuck you play for a party.

but is that what these guys have?

We're looking at a theater to hold the set but I imagine it will go well. Full details TBC.

Message me privately. What happened was embarrassing not only for you but for me as well. The issues with the stream should not have happened in the first place and on Ivy Blue's part- we want to do something very special for you as our way of saying sorry and going some way to make it right. You deserve much better and hopefully you like what we have in mind.

Where do you live? IB may not be able to bring the full on production but if you're keen then let me know privately and we can try set something up. What do you think?

I live in an abandoned parking lot in Hamilton. You'll find me in the rusty van with FREE CANDY written on it.

Can't quite do that for you... but hey if you're in Hamilton and can get to Wintec Marare about 11.15am next Thursday, you might be in for a treat.

I'm not allowed within 500 metres of educational facilities.

That's a shame. I'm sure everyone will enjoy the bands Colony and perhaps a surprise few Ivy songs.

Just going to leave a couple of pictures here. This should be fun.
Also, if you're in Hamilton, go check out the Music At The Marae festival. It's a free event for Music Month- and you never know who might turn up...

what is with NZ and these people who just decide they are celebrity musicians without any real evidence or indeed talent to show it?

its like a weird cult, filled with tragic pseudo-celebs and fawning enablers hungry for delusional 'rockstars' to worship.

kind of reminds me of the brony/MRA scene
