That was mint, missed the first 3 songs but pretty much played everything I wanted to hear. Thought it'd be centred around the songs Steve was prominent on rather than straight up Crass covers so hearing Carol was a great surprise. Was digging the projector slides.

Steve bitching about the the weed smell was kind of funny, didn't stop that guy from yelling between each song to legalise it.

First up, many thanks heaps to everyone who came along.

To be honest I had no idea what to expect with these shows, but all I can say was it was bloody awesome, best gigs I've been to for a long time - seriously in my top two gigs of all time. Shame that Steve said he is never doing Crass songs again as I'd def want to do it all again.

Yea true if it was 15 years ago def would have been a Powerstation gig.

And cheers for the feedback about the early finish etc, that was the reason I started early so people could get themselves sorted out for Monday, and sort out babysitters etc.

My money is one of the UK Subs ones.
Had a great time catching up with a lot of old faces, met a few new ones, the band was excellent, much more than I expected, those of you who didn't go missed out big time.
Thanks Tim for the gig and the lift home afterwards.

^ No worries Bryce, thanks for buying me a pie.

Thinking about top gigs I'd say the last Uk Subs gig we did at the KA was one of my favs, we had a fancy light show and the band / crowd / vibe was awesome. Also I'd have to say The Business / Sham gig at KA was also pretty decent too. But yea, Steve Ignornant was amazing - and I don't often use that word. The intensity, musicianship and well thought out set (including sound bites) was top notch and I'd love to see them again.

I've talked to Rat a few times about this but we havn't been able to make any headway with it. I have a feeling (just my opinion) that one or two of the members don't fancy travelling much.

I'm def gonna try and get the Sub Humans out if at all possible as I'm a big fan and think they'd go well over here.
