Actually Rancid are the difference btwn good music and a scene.
They r to hollywood what house of pain is to boston.
ur probably too stupid to understand what I mean.

And Rancid censored LOC cause they were scared the album was gonna cause a shit storm.. Hence LOC got kicked off hellcat. Now thats not very "punk rock" is it.

Is LOC without EZRA and ALEC and ARA the original drummer still LOC?
u can group brad in if u want but whatever.
And if those 2 did play u would have herd all the choking victim played by choking victim minus the drummer.

U must be a singer cause u think a band revolves around the singer.

HAHA. I can't argue with that!

Too bad tho cuz Ezra and Alec are both known for rocking the party and causing the trouble.
Stza just takes the credit.

I would rather go see Ois2Men and that is 100% the truth.
My cd is trashed.

Awww thanks.

Im sure we are seeing an inferior LOC, no doubt, but heres the thing, anyone who is a big fan wont actually care, because they still get to see stza performing LOC songs. If it were some guy who just sounded like stza I would also be none the wiser. To be honest, ill probably be too busy getting drunk and singing along (providing they dont play too many hipster songs) to even notice what the fuck is going on on stage.

I truly hope the play less than 2 SFH songs.

I severely wish they play 60% CV songs :D

Agreed.

I guess thats the other thing, id say 90% of the people here are going to see them play Choking Victim songs, not LOC songs.

As I understand it, Leftover Crack left Hellcat as a result of the censorship. They weren't kicked off.

Anyway, please continue with your incessant bitching, as it seems to be having a profoundly positive effect on ticket sales.

Oh yeah, and I reckon Rancid are awesome, perhaps not so much these days, but I can't help but smile whenever I hear songs off 'And Out Come The Wolves' and 'Life Won't Wait'. Hopefully one day we can get Lars, and Matt and some fill-ins out here.

any band that ever "made it" sold out to get there.
any punk band with more than 500 fans is pop-punk.

It's punk.. you only need Stza, anyone can play the 3 chords required.

Would be stoked if they played Fucked Reality and Money.

I'm enjoying this debate even though ur a idiot.

Anyband that ever made it is a sell out... WRONG. Don't bands hope they make it.
any punk band with more than 500 fans is pop-punk... WRONG. only an idiot would think that.
anyone that calls themselves punk is a poseur. punk is dead. True punk is a state of mind not a look. I bet you look the part. probably even got a patch on u somewhere...or wear short sleaves just to show off ur tat... POSER.

read my review from sydney. you may well be dissapointed,

and yeah, it's pretty obvious to see that there were 3 pop punkers on stage with some asshole with a bodyguard. not really the LOC show I expected. especially when he started kicking the front row in the head telling them not to get too close to him.... legend.... throw shit is my best advice. worked well.

Well its either going to be a good show, or I get to heckle the shit out of stza and watch people throw bottles at him.

I cant see how this could possibly be any better

WOW YOU MUST BE RETARDED TO HAVE MISSED THE SARCASM.

my post was from your point of view goon. i don't think those things, but someone with the mentality of "if a band doesnt have all its members then its shit", and "rancid is the difference between good music and a scene" would think that bands that made it sold out etc.

kill yourself...suicide (a better way) 0X

Sacrasm?? Yeah no shit. It doesnt take brains to figure that one out.. its u who can't get it.
I say Rancid are stupid and u ASSUME I feel a certain way about a "scene"

And then you go quote a song cause you've got nothing original.

Yup, that's it. You put it into perspective.
And, that's a cool fucking honeymoon in my book.

Regardless of all the belly-aching we are going to fuck shit up. This shit's going to be tight. And, disco-stu or whatever the fuck, I've seen LOC without Alec and they still put a good show on, but I do know what you are talking about. Stz played bass then the dude from Introspect did. I've also seen LOC before Brad was on board and Stz played guitar. He has to focus more when he plays guitar hence less talking.

Hopefully Stz don't stall so goddamn much. It seems like a stupid thing to say, but its about the music! Let the fucking music speak for itself that's why we are going to show up.

Lastly, LOC is pretty fucked as a band. This will probably the last show for a while. So I think it will be a pretty damn good one as a result of that. Then again, LOC is wildly unpredictable and inconsistent. It ultimately comes down to how drunk Stza is.
