http://www.punk-disorderly.de/ in Berlin start of april. Usually a pretty sweet line up. Talk to haylee kelsall dude she's always up with the play on festivals. Think she's based Rotterdam at the moment, gigs in London finish early as due to the underground, go to hamburg dude gigs go later and the pubs don't close. The haffenklang is a sweet two story venue there and usually has some pretty sweet bands check it out http://www.hafenklang.org/.

I´m looking forward to travel to stockholm... 3 days...

hopefully there is a festival

Help desperately needed! Come see great punk bands and save my life.
Dear friends, this is Ronny – promoter of Dead Rhythm Easter Fest. Writing this is immensely difficult for me but I find myself entirely bereft of further options. At this point, the only available course of action is to be entirely honest. So, here we go.

I made a dreadful mistake with the Easter Fest, by far my biggest show to date. Expenses have spiraled entirely out of control, mostly due to flight tickets costing far more than initially projected in combination with a gross overestimation concerning ticket sales. As a result, I now find myself hundreds of thousands of kronor in the hole – money I don’t have which will have to be reimbursed by taking loans that will take me years to pay back.

I have been putting on punk shows for well over a decade now and I’d like to think there are many who can attest to me being a fair and reliable promoter. However, this time I really fucked up and I have no excuses. Cancelling the festival not an option – most of the investments are non-refundable airfares and hostels which are already paid for and, more importantly, a lot of people have purchased flights to Sweden. Then there are all the bands who have invested time and efforts into preparing to play for us.

Consequently, the festival is going forward as planned – which is great – and I will find a way to borrow money from friends and family in order to pay all the bands. This I promise. Even though everything is entirely my own fault, I’m now asking for your help in avoiding being completely buried in debt. Just the amounts I’ve borrowed thus far will take me years of hard work to pay back.

A promising beginning is that neither of the venues, Kraken and Slaktkyrkan, will be charging me for the venue expenses. Needless to say, this is incredibly generous of them seeing as how three days rent is a significant sum. I will try to pay them back by helping out at their shows, though presumably not with budget calculations. (Also thanks to them for helping me translate this statement into english)

As I’m sure you understand, the only real solution to this is selling more tickets. I believe the line-up to be nothing short of amazing, so with any luck spreading the word might generate some interest. I hope you can help me with this by sharing the festival info through your social networks. To anyone that might be interested really.

I’d be eternally thankful for any and all help. I really hope you believe me when I say that my only motivation for all this is putting on killer shows for great people, but this time I really screwed up. I hope you understand. So, my friends, please share and let people who might be up for a good time know. Regardless of attendance numbers, you can rest assured that the festival will be fantastic.

Info about the cancelled bands:

Green Beret and Exit Order unfortunately cancelled by own account because of personal reasons, i have already bought their flights, so those money are unfortunately lost.

I had two bands left to buy flight tickets for, Urchin and Impalers, and they have now become incredibly expensive, and i simply dont have the money.

Katastrof and massgrav is confirmed replacement bands and i will do all i can to find three more really good bands so the lineup will be complete.

we are doing a weekend deal on tickster to give the sales a push!
