None of this is obscure at all, but get it:
Electric Wizard - UK stoner doom - get Dopethrone, Witchcult Today, & the 'Supercoven' EP.
Weedeater - Southern stoner doom/sludge - any albums.
Buzzov-en - classic Southern sludge - ...At a Loss is great.

there are also heaps of depressive black metal bands out there if you're into those two sunn albums, but it can be quite full on if you aint in the mood for it.
definitely on the extreme side of drone/sludge 0X

If you like that shit, check out our (Dying of the Light) new tune 'Everyone You Know Here Is Dead'. It pretty much matches up to what you're into: www.myspace.com/dyingofthelightnz

...let me know what you think.
'I Like It When You Die' is the fourth album by American grindcore band Anal Cunt. The album was originally titled You're Gay, and the album cover was going to contain a mirror, but this idea was later changed

Flower Travellin' Band-Satori is a top 5 lps of all time for me.
Mayblitz
Pagan Altar
Black Hole-Land of Mystery lp is classic Italian 70's rock/doom/weirdness
Pentagram

I've been listening to Corrupted and Salem Mass (guess those cats are a bit more rock but some of its pretty doomy) over the last couple of weeks... good shit.

I'd say Saint Vitus and Pentagram but most cunts already rock that shit (if their music tastes aren't totally fuckin' gay).

Have to give Black Hole a hoon sounds like something I'd dig.

WAT how can you compare Iron Monkey to Bongzilla or Orange Goblin (who they sound NOTHING like) and completely fail to mention Eyehategod?

That's like saying Airbourne sound like Budgie instead of AC/DC...
