WTB: Ibanez Destroyer DT400/DT420

Postby dclxvi » Fri Jun 22, 2012 5:46 pm

Pref Black/sunburst(flame maple top) will consider 2002 reissue or early 80's OG... GUZZZZZZZIYT

Also looking for an Ibanez Rocket Roll II ('81/'82 pref - again black or sunburst)

Fixed bridge too, also. Floating trems can suck a dick.

Anyone own/seen/heard of cunts what might own and maybe wanna sell either of these??

Yeah it's an X series, no dice. has a floating trem too.

Thanks though. I've found a 2002 reissue in the states, should be able to land it for ~$800, no such luck on a Rocket Roll though...

As far as I'm aware, the 2002 DT400's are MIJ, which is a bonus. Bolt on neck, but fuck it... Looks to be in pretty good nick and there's not much in the way of early 80's models floating around, with the exception a couple Phil Collen signature models on eBay...

Nah, I've just wanted a Destroyer for fuckin ages. I've been mourning the loss of my Iceman bass to your legal associate Eddie Murphy so feel I need another stupid shaped Ibanez or two to keep my other Iceman company.
