You should really try the Dynodrive pedal, it's pretty good. I replaced a maxon OD808 with it and preferred it to the Maxon.

What happened too my Concrete Sox Sewerside pedal? Apart from that i'd like something old school uk 82 style, using a Dexter 'Terrorway' mod Govner pedal but not enough distortion for my liking, need something dirtier with heaps of grunt for palm muting, any suggestions

Been real slack as of late. Haven't had time to pedal. Look up MI audio crunch box. Or maybe a modded rat would do you. or the barber dirty bomb.

there's fuck all people down here in Invers too shoot the shit with and i don't have the budget for trail and error or the experience so feedback is sweet

Lummox, i know him, good dude. Using a Hiwatt amp, once again was limited by budget and choice here in Invers, sweet clean channel and seems too have plenty of balls for a 100w er , maybe not the best choice, don't know, does the job though.
Pedal through other amps not dirty enough even pushing the gain right up too feedback, need more distortion, EMGs give me plenty enough sustain

Plan was too go for the U.K.82 sound, mainly because we have 'vintaged' a bit, we're over 40, even spell check couldn't help me there, don't know what we sound like, just having a go and having a shit load of fun doing it. Demo is remixed and up for download and no, we are not members of Kings of Canon but we'll see there groupies right!!

yeah mate, on the soundcloud tunes, mix i feel is played down too much, lost the energy there. New songs up soon!
Want some more grunt for the palm muting though and more distortion on the rest without it becoming a total fuzz and feedback

no, live sound way more balls, lost in the recording. We're a band better live than recorded, maybe thats because we've never had a music lesson amongst us and we have a great frontman!
Recordings on soundcloud are done by S.I.T. student and was used for his schoolwork so probably tamed down too suit, he did keep mentioning radio play for some reason, not our intentions at all but we should be great full too have the opportunity too be recorded, he did a good job, just a little too clean for my liking, i'd like it all more 'in ya face'

i think what i'm trying too get at is the recording sounds flat and one dimensional as opposed too live.Listening to other bands recordings they seem more layered and capture the energy of the band, i think our recordings are missing that. I guess that comes down too mixing and mastering experience, something i'd like too explore but only made the short list for

#27 The Pepers Punisher. A Rat like tubescreamer style distortion set up for bass. Has a blend control and multiple clip rotary switch. Thing sound beast as fuck.

Best sounding pedal I've made in my opinion. I'm keeping this beasty unless somebody offers me the right price.

Hey Tony, what can you recommend for doing leads? Like a chorus or something? I'm very much a noob at this guitaring shite but need a pedal for a few leads in some of our new songs. Suggestions??

Sam used chorus for some of the leads in our tracks sounds pretty good. Also Phase sounds ok. Depends on what kinda sound you want.

Built Sam one of these and he loves it for lead bits.
