yeah man, they're fucking legit. Using as a pre straight into the power section of my Acoustic 220, loudest fucking rig I've ever owned. Probably has a lot to do with the cab I'm using though.
Doesn't necessarily play so nice with other ODs in front of it though but when you have that kind of tone, you really don't need much else. if you pull the gain back and chuck a Big Muff in front of it, it's pretty fuckin mean though - still tweaking a balance between it and my SFT though.

Re: Your lastest musical-instrument acquisitions/cost
First time hearing my Inductor EQ pedal that has been a concept for a while now. Obviously not finished yet, bypass switches need to go in, frequency switches need to be cut down and are waiting for chicken head knobs, gain knobs will be MXR style (like a small version of the master knob), theres some more shielding that needs to go on for the High Inductor as it is a bit close to the power supply and is creating a bit of buzz, and then need to redo the master section as there is WAY too much gain on the output. Was supposed to be a 6dB boost but we got a resistor value wrong and it seems more along the lines of 12dB or more. 9 o'clock on the master is unity gain at the moment
Anyways it's three individual Inductor circuits in parallel - low mid, mid and high mid. Each has 3 frequency points and a shelf of some sort, then a cut and boost and can be bypassed individually or a global bypass. You can boost the living shit out of inductors before they start to shit themselves so it's capable of some fucked out tones. Sounds fucking amazing with a bunch of Fuzz pedals in front of it.

Yeah man, keen to hear more about your pedal tbh. Chuck up a YT demo or something.

That one was interesting. Show me it... justs looks like some fucking shit with 20 fuzz pedals in it and noisy as hell, if it doesn't disintegrate your tone I'd be surprised. I don't pride myself on acqusition of instruments - it's how they're played that matters. I have many non silly instruments I just posted a fucked up one for punk devaluation. Your eq pedal looks pretty damned silly and not very ergonomic, prove it is not and you shall have my eternal respect.

What the fuck has ergonomics got to do with an eq pedal? I don't think you understand what it is or how it works. Fuck off.

If you bothered to read the post with the picture is pretty much tells you everything. Three inductor circuits with three bands per circuit, a master and a blend. The bypass switches are not installed yet and will be on the angled plate at the front, very simple and rather ergonomic. The gain circuits (built with opamps) are very clean and the only noise present is from where we forgot to use shielded cable.
We are thinking of changing the wiring from parallel to series which will completely change how it works as inductor 1 will feed inductor 2 and that combined will feed inductor 3. The bypass switches need to go in and the frequency switches need the shafts cut down. This is an unfinished project.
Anges, will post some sound clips when it's finished.
