I was playing Xmen Vs Streetfighter the other day and I'm almost positive I would've clocked it if it'd been a full moon

a great read, kudos to all involved, i think we could do with a discussion on the true nature of randomness and entropy at this time.

My pinball machine's been packed up in the garage for a month or so. Hope it still goes when I get it out

I'm not allowed to discuss what pinball we have at the K.A on the internet anymore. Not since some dudes with clipboards turned up to "take the pinball machines away for servicing."

Yeah, right. Nice try.

Got my pinball inside now, has a error on the vega shot now every now and then but shouldn't be too hard to fix, just spent last couple hours sanding the side rails and replacing lights, looks mean, playfield's all clean.

I'l start it up and see if the moon fuck's with my shots (probably won't I imagine)

Addicted to "the pinball arcade" on ipad, pretty cool idea of recreating all the greatest pinball machines of the next few years. Medieval madness is good fun.they have just bought the license for twilight zone. Cant wait!

yeh i've been meaning to grab the 360 version, when the pc version comes out it's going to have vertical display, i'm thinking of making a virtual pin coffee table for it.

heres my pinball at the moment, its got a couple errors now :( shit goes off randomly sometimes, still playable but pretty annoying, need to get the guy in to fix it. and dmd screen is worse than ever, $300 for a new one :(

I actually play landscape with scrolling. I think its just easier to hold a tablet landscape for long periods of time plus you feel closer to the game as everythings bigger

Heres a few screenshots of the pinball arcade straight from my ipad. mmm lovin that retina detail~!

The Pinball Arcade
Monster Bash™ and Gorgar™ have been released for Android and iOS. Funhouse is the Table of the Month and can be played unlimited for everyone!

Language support has been added for French, Italian, German and Spanish. The Android update also adds:

-Tegra support that should increase the quality of textures.
-Medieval madness super skill shot implemented.
-Tales of the Arabian Nights™ and Theater of Magic™ skill shot selection.
-Troll bombs are now available in Medieval Madness ™ via button on screen (same for Monster Bash ™).

The iOS version also includes some minor bug fixes. Note that we're still waiting for Apple's approval for the Pinball Arcade Free on iOS. Hopefully, this will happen very soon - possibly today.

The Pinball Arcade video game looks bloody good. Anyone played it?

Last pinball I played was the LOTR pinball at Melbourne airport, also fairly sweet.

Anyone recorded high scores on Pinball Arcade via Steam and want to compare score-penises? Add me (PlanetBloopy) ...I'm curious if the friends leaderboard feature even works.

Also, finally found the PC game I played as a kid, Night Mission. Fucking classic, although the ball is a bit bouncy:

Just discovered Visual Pinball. Hundreds of tables made/re-created by the community so quality varies I guess. Always wanted to try this RollerCoaster Tycoon table, and it works well. Wonder how easy it'd be to make a kanwox-themed table or something.

You should do that thing where when you leave work in the afternoon you go to another job and work that fucker for eight hours then head home for a siesta then wake up fresh as for job number one. I know a couple cunts who do this, can only imagine they're loaded, how good would it be to double your income. Buy all the pinball machines you want man.

Dashcam vid is blurry because it's a cheap one. Also, it started melting due to being parked outside and I've been procrastinating on seeing if it's easily fixable. I suppose having an Australian brand printed on the plastic is meaningless.

Omfg that is amazing. Not sure how I ever missed it. Well done. *tips hat*

Midnight Espresso in Wellington had a Metallica machine, and Calico Jacks next door had Jurassic Park. Both were a lot of fun. The Metallica machine at the cafe has been replaced with Iron Man, and it's okaayyyeee but pretty easy and not as fun ultimately. Calico Jacks has closed shop, and the Jurassic Park machine is at Davey's house afaik with the rest of his collection. Damn it. I used to love playing both those machines.

Moon bar in Newtown has a Star Trek machine apparently. Can anyone confirm? I saw another one at a pub in Palmy when I lived there but they never had it plugged in because they'd have to unplug the jukebox. Losers. Keen af to try a Star Trek machine. I've heard they're pretty fun.
