Have logitech z2300 speakers hooked in to the computer as well but they sit behind me facing my bed. The speakers in shot hook into my audio interface.

Sweet, I've got the same z2300 speakers (I want to get some proper monitor speakers at some point though) and a Firewire 410 (I have to move things when I use my keyboard and stuff), the 410 seems to work much better on Mac's though, had a lot of hassle trying to get it going in Windows 7 so I might sell it to get something else.

It's a very temperamental piece of equipment the 410. I have xp on that mac and it crashes if I try to install it (Doesn't bother me as I only use it on OS anyway) and can get a bit testy on the mac at times, but otherwise pretty decent.

Since my last pic I've:
Covered my desk in acoustic foam cause I had loads of it and figured it's comfortable and looks pretty good
Wall mounted my monitors, hid the cables to some degree too
Mounted my speakers and a lamp up above my desk, the sound is good from there and saves desk space
Got a laptop stand to get the monitor up to the same height as the others
Added a razer goliathus mousepad since the acoustic foam is no good
Fit my midi keyboard onto the desk now too, had to buy a right angled usb cable from ebay so it'd sit flush with the wall lol

Think I'm pretty much satisfied with my desk now :D

Had a tidy up today after setting up my new(ish) cabinet, thought it was a good time to take some photos.

Bought some Rackit shelves from Bunnings, cheaper than a lowline TV cabinet and heaps cooler. 55" Samsung 3D, Snuffs old PS3 with a 500gb hd installed, Mac Mini hooked up for now cos I really can't be fucked dealing with my desk! Tangent 7.1 receiver with 3 speakers hooked up. Logitech G27 on my homemade frame over to the left.

Thinking about doing a build soon, haven't really looked at tech for a couple years so not sure what the go is these days.

Any recommendations?
I guess you really need to ask yourself... What Would Graeme Do?
