You have the flexibility should include a series of changes in golf fitness program. You should have a longer version of the normal training days, and a shorter one that follows right before going out to play round. Try running a few years, a large exercise ball, because it is a very useful teaching tool for a golfer. Also add a couple of strokes club which can be heated just before tee off, or even a single hole and the next if you feel the need to do it.
