Auckland: vegan/vege flatmate needed

3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. Double room in Kingsland villa. The room is suitable for a single or couple.
Big vege garden out the back. We have 3 chickens, two cats and one dog so new flatmate/s must like animals.
Rent is $135.00 - Total rent including expenses is $180.00. Expenses are food, water, phone, power, broadband.
We cook communal vegan meals during the week.
Rent may be slightly more expensive for a couple.
Bond is $225.00
Current flatmates: 4 existing flatmates.­ Vegan and vegetarian­s, 20s/30s, mature, clean, profession­als and students.
Ideal flatmate: Vegan or vegetarian­, mature, clean.

and when ya live with someone who is so crap they manage to fuck up baked beans on toast and turn it into something inedible it can suck arse

am not a fan of waiting around for someone to get their shit together to cook either
