Vegan/Vegetarian BBQ stuff

Right I have a few mates that are grass eaters, give me a few recipies of decent tasting stuff I can burn on the grill when they come over for a feed, something that tases good that doesn't take a week to prepare would be cool.

vegan sausages? they come in a packet so prep time = fuck all, not too sure what would be in one though, probably couscous.

Marinated eggplant steaks? Loads of onions, to cover up the horrid taste of vegan sausage.

vegan sausage is the easy/lazy option.

any awesome veges, tomatoes, eggplant, courgettes etc etc

Falafel or Burger Patties?
You can get either from the supermarket, but the patties can be quite expensive. Otherwise there's a a selection of recpies on this site:

Vege Kebabs always go down a treat.
Also Eggplant is backed hard.

And if youre feeling lazy Hasbrowns or Spring rolls go alright on the bbq
