Had to use some of those left over half bits of veggies up so made:

Stir fry salad.
Heated Sesame oil, tamari, crushed ginger, crushed garlic and crushed onion.
Added diced Tomatoes, cucumber and fried them up
Left to cool with shredded left over baby spinich.
Finished with sunflower seeds

Falafel patties made from packet because I'm lazy, added grated carrot, courgette, lemon juice and couscous (because i added too much water and needed to thicken the patties)

Served with sweet chillie dipping sauce and soy cream cheese and a beer.

All up about fifteen minutes to make and it was grand.
I learn, by killing smart people and eating their brains.
