oh sweet, cooking some up as I speak. Will edit this to post a review 8)

tasty and nutrientitious.
Probably should have drained the excess water before eating. Also need a way to heat it up. But still good.

It's possible to boil the bigger chunks of TVP, drain the fuck out of them with a potato masher and then let them marinade for a few hours. Chuck them on the barbecue or shallow fry them after that and they're pretty good.

why would you tho when you could simply overboil lentils or something and mash them and make patties instead of stuff that makes you do rabbit poo's

theres the red8 brand... its vegan too, sweetened with stevia, i cant remember cost, but i didnt think it a lot at the time, tastes like cardboard tho, ONLY buy the chocolate, the other flavours are intolerable, you get it from like... uh, chemist/health shops.. i guess just ask, tghats what ive done, its usually hidden in some corner.
ive started using quinoa flour in my cooking, its protein city.

Can anyone give me some advice on how you're meant to cook Blissful's pork leg? It's sliced and comes with this saucy looking stuff and I wondered if it's meant to be roasted in it or something? I bought it thinking I could just pick off slices and fry like bacon (the usual faux bacon was out of stock). Be good to know how you're meant to do it properly.

chur phil, I actually bought some last week, it is fucking amazing! Recovery after training is so improved after a shake, and I feel fuller longer. Even starting to notice I have more energy for my second training sesh of the day, and my muscle tone is ever so slightly more pronounced. Boyfriend has capped me at 2 a day though ha ha, we're both not keen on me looking liking a man.

i have a half finished packet i should probably start cranking it again seeing as im working so hard and so much.

to be honest the taste is a real downer tho, i kinda think if it was made into a like a cheesecake style base with some sort of soy icecream(stevia sweetened of course) it would be pretty yum.

I just crank it in the blender with some rice milk, a bananna, and a handful of frozen berries, actually doesn't taste too bad....

But still check the label! The old stock is still not vegan! Also, it only appears to be the big bags?

I'm sure this is common knowledge by now, but for any ill informed vegan's,

Indomie Mi Goreng Noodles are NOT Vegan. :|

However, Koka Spicy Singapore Fried Mi Goreng Noodles are labeled as vegetarian and contain no other additives from animals. Can usually be found directly above Indomie noodles. 8)

Liverpool St Countdown, Hamilton has them.
Going to go buy some now.
