erm

layered cereal - a layer of mixed flavour cheerios, a layer of honey roasted peanuts, a layer of chopped fruit (fresh grapes and dried apricots is good as) and then another layer of cheerios (nutri grain is good too but a bit bulkier) good with normal or vanilla soy milk.

yah that shit is good as.

mmm...Aro Chips..

Otherwise, the awesome pumpkin lentil etc pies from Gravity in Otautahi, or if I'm gonna be cooking, scrambled tofu (with lots of garlic, seeds, tomatos, soy sauce and mi goreng noodles).

I made mexican beans with masa-flour dumplings that were filled with dried herbs..... tasty. Haven't had dumplings in years and they were a good substitute as I'm trying to get gluten out of my system.
I got some spicy quinoa rings too, but they didn't quite do it for me, casava chips are better.

Cigarettes, Cant be fucked cooking when i get home from work. Got into a cereal fo dinner buzz for a while.

Tip: if your wasting too much money on plain Vitasoy, and aint a wanker that's scared of budget shit, try the home brand soy drink (white box) from foodtown.... well cheap $1.80ish. Tastes the same to me.
