do you guys not eat food that says "made in a factory which also handles milk products" on the packet, or something like that?

I tend to avoid stuff that says that it's been made on a line that does seafood/ crustaceans, cos I might go pink and puffy, followed by blue and puffy.

I don't worry about that stuff. Just for people with allergies I think. Most likely it's been miles away from the milk, they just put that there to cover their arses.

My gf has a nut allergy (goes as far as can't eat coconut) and she's sweet with that whole warning. trust me you eat a peanut bar in the same room as her and she'll stop breathing.

if she has such a strong allergy isn't it kind of foolish that she wouldn't adhere to the warning?

i have a mate in australia that is a trace vegan, ie he will not eat anything that has one of those warnings on it about dairy or egg.

fresh fruit and veges ftw

but yeah im pretty much on the same page as S. im not strictly vegan anymore (not after dumpstering a 20kg block of deli cheese haha) but kinda avoid that stuff.

the lines of morality are blurred once dumpstering comes into the equation eh.

like someone said it's too save their own asses if a reaction did happen. look at all the food that has that warning.. kinda like Russian roulette

just seems like if it could kill you that you'd be better off avoiding the products with warnings anyway...to save their asses
