Right, attempting an actual meal for the first time in a week. Slow cooking Havoc pork cheeks with Veges, tofu and black beans- Chinese style, with basmati rice.

Re: The Trivial Irritations Thread

Hoping that taking sick leave, eating jelly and watching Netflix will prevent that. Meantime I am bored and exhausted and my social life is suffering. Also the downsid...

Re: What´s for eats?

I've been sick this week with a chest cold. I have invented blackcurrent, lemon and ginger jelly, and have been pretty much living on that, coffee and dark chocolate. I am really looking forwards to being well enough to eat real food .

Re: punkas dream journal.

I haven't remembered anything in ages. Except for one the other night where I dreamed I was signing fluently in NZSL, and having a really witty and cool conversation with someone I liked and wanted to impress. I'm learning NZSL, and there is someone I would like to impress, so it is not much of a st...

I have to deal with customers who are like you all day every day. You write exactly like the small white city suburban arseholes who have retired and now have nothing better to do than complain incoherently about the state of the verges.
Fuck it is painful coming on here and seeing the same shit.

Re: Drinking cocktails

Shall we just agree- ginger wine and everything?

I just bottled a feijoa fizz. Tried fermenting the skin's in a bucket of sugar and water for a week, one of the bottles I put a glug of ginger wine into instead of sugar as an experiment. Hoping for dry, fizzy and 3 or 4%.
