So far so good. Never had a DSLR before so this was probably a good call for learning how to use it.

The canon eos 1100D isn't too expensive new. Seems like it could be good for a beginner. Any thoughts?

Wanting to make use of my course related costs for the year and buy a new camera but know fuck all about doing so. Any advice on brands/types etc would be appreciated. Will be used to take photos of bands and animals and not much else. Generally these are two entirely different settings so this prob...
