Re: c: space disappearing
Figured out what this was in case anyone is interested or has similar dilemma. Logged in as system user and found a massive 5 GB folder full of Windows system restore files sitting in C:. Disabled system restore and now I have my spare 5 GB back

Re: c: space disappearing
Thanks for the suggestions. I figured out how to make the hidden files visible and deleted all this stuff like Songbird which I don't use, not really solving the issue but it has temporarily freed up some space. Have been deleting all temp files (doing this daily to try and free up any space) have d...

Hey Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for this problem. My hard drive is divided into two sections (hope I'm using the right terminology to describe this!), one sections is 10 GB and only has Windows, nothing else on it. Problem is I keep getting this bubble saying 'C: drive is running lo...

Re: Breaking Vegetarianism
How did you guys find it at first, digestion wise?? I've skim-read a few articles over the years about how your stomach stops producing the enzymes required to break down meat proteins or something, after awhile of not eating meat. But personal morals aside, the thought of having bits of meat next t...

Another favourite of mine: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_Kuklinski Hit-man for the mafia and a classic example of a true psychopath. Killed a guy by hanging him from a noose over his shoulder, also chucked another guy in a cave full of rats and left a video camera in there recording the rats...

Re: Bankruptcy
I heard that bankrupcy won't clear your student loan. Anyone know if that's true? Bankruptcy does wipe your student loan. The NAP (no assets procedure) doesn't though. And wax, you can still get a cheque account (with no overdraft facility) at most (if not all) credit unions who aren't as poxy as b...

That's lame. It contradicts what it says on the insolvency site too, which states that credit agencies only have a 7 year record of your bankruptcy.

Re: Bankruptcy
After you've been discharged (3 years) it still remains on your credit record for 4 more years I believe, but after that initial 3 years you can take out student loan or become a director of a business and travel overseas without having to apply for it etc etc. I'm interested to know what happens af...

Oooh where do you get those? I'm a big lover of cashew nuts. But recently I tore my esophagus eating chilli cashews with a hard sugary coating. Seriously fucking painful I thought my throat was gonna close up and I would die

Re: vegan tattoo hams
Ask the tattooist what brand ink they use, then google and email the manufacturers. That's probably the easiest way of finding out. Unless the tattooist is vegan, or has taken the liberty to look into such a thing, they probably won't know the answer themselves. The manufacturers are also not oblige...

I won! *.* Downloaded an old version of iTunes from oldversion.com and my trusty ol' shuffle is back in action. So it's like a compatibility issue with current version of iTunes with xp or something.

Re: Can anyone pls help with my big stupid ipod mystery?
he also suggested some other programs/utilities that you can use with an iPod that aren't iTunes. That might be a good idea... tho there really is no good reason for it to just not work on your computer, and I'd guess that a fresh install of windows would fix the problem - but that's not a lot of f...

Re: Problems with tattoos at work
I've always worn long sleeves at my job, I did at the interview because I didn't want to jeopardize my chances and it seemed a bit weird to bust them out after that. It's not really so bad if you're in an air conditioned building.

Yeah, Shuffles don't have the disk mode capability. My new one does work on someone elses computer with Vista, and my old one does as well. So it's def not the iPods. I did also dl and run the iPod Reset thing and that worked sweet on my old one - only problem with that is that it wiped all the song...

This is screwing with my head big time, running with no music is the pits. Hoping maybe someone else has had/resolved the same issue or has some ideas @.@ Basically, I have a 4year old iPod shuffle that all of a sudden stopped being able to sync to iTunes. I can't add or remove any songs that are on...

I saw it only because everyone was like 'wahahah it's so amazing and you HAVE to see it in 3d' . I got quite bored by the end, way too long for my attention span. Story line was a way too predictable and boring for my liking but I guess you get that with these sorts of films. Coolest part for me was...

Never liked Seinfeld when it was on TV but watched half an episode the other day just to try it because I really like Curb. The canned laughter fucking kills it though. Oh man. Only just finished s7. Larry acting as George Costanza in the last episode was amazing. That bit and the bit with Leon 'whiting that shit the fuck up' as Dr Duberstein were the highlights for me.

I take 'Thompson's Organic Flaxseed Oil' capsules intermittently. I'm pretty lazy at remembering to take things on a regular basis. They're in a gelatin-free capsule. At periods when I've remembered or bothered to take them everyday I do notice it makes my skin more healthy and doesn't need moisturi...

I get it quite a lot, but the frequency doesn't diminish how terrifying it is. I always wake u...
