Yes and no...they shut down the site with no trial, and the amount of shit Kim Dotcom has had to put up with will surely make others think twice about creating another site.

Re: Labour's New Employment Relations Policy

I'm sorry, but no. The 90 day period only serves to increase turnover of staff....maybe you should be more careful about who you employ if you are worried about your stuff turning out to be shit. Wait, what's that? You only get the bottom rung of staff? Well I wonder why that is...probably because ...

Re: Labour's New Employment Relations Policy

# Repeal the 90-day trial period for new workers I'd vote against this, as an employer it was great when someone came to work and said they were too drunk to work, during their trial period - meant I didn't have to prove it, and their admission was enough. # Lift the minimum wage to $15 an hour Hope...

I voted for MMP in the original referendum, but won't vote for it again, because it creates king makers out of small parties who didn't get that proportion of the vote

I'm interviewing for drivers at Dominos Levin at the moment, if you'd like to try your hand at a min wage job in a dead end town. Can't make any promises unless I met you, but we're pretty desperate for reliable people.

I guess it outlines the reasons why you shouldn't lie under oath...because there might be consequences. Those people were either lying now or then. Shame the courts can't do them all for perjury.
