Maybe it starts here?
My turning point was somebody on the /r/nz subreddit posted “You’ll have to run faster” so obviously I jumped in with the classic “Buch of guys”. And nothing. Makes me sad that we’ve already hit the height of comedy and nobody appreciates it.

My Punkas sweet 16
... was a fortnight ago and I missed it. Gutted.
So why are all you sad fucks still posting here, in mega threads dating from 2009? Weirdos. But kinda miss it eh. The PHP bulletin board era of the Internet was way better than the shit we have now really.

Looks rad. I don't agree with prequels adding in new ships and black storm trooper uniforms and stuff though.

Stereo cabinets
Going through trademe trying to find a nice simple cabinet for my 80s Technics component system. Getting utterly frustrated in wading through shitty modern chipboard, "shabby chic", or "upcycled" entertainment units. I don't need space for a telly, just an old stereo. https://i.e...

True? I paid that for my 2008 Micra last year - couldn't see a decent Vitz of that vintage in that price range. The other option with a similar year:km:price ratio was the daihatsu sirion. But then I was looking only at manuals. The missus and I now have matching black Nissans in the drive - better ...

Yeah was a real good show last time. Didn't play "Sheila at the Wheel" but other than that...
I'll try drag my old man along to this one. My first gig was him taking me to Knightshade and Blackjack at "Shake the Lake".

The people who installed fibre set up the box in the worst possible location. Well: I guess it was fine when my flatmate had her computer there, but now she's gone its exactly where I want to put my stereo. Speaking of stereo: for some reason my mother, before finally letting go of her rad 80s compo...

I haven't been following this thread. Who's this weird person? Are they Glen and/or Yulia in disguise? All this cluelessness and talk of the 1% of NZ music makes me think so.

Liking this much more than last years. I kinda wish they would concentrate on two or three locations each episode rather than all 8 or 9 so they get some decent screen time in a solid block.

Total raciest but not really happy with the casting. They should have waited until a time machine was invented so they could cast Clint Eastwood. But then King likes him and he's a good actor by all accounts. I think what they are going for is a Jake-centric story. More sorta based on the stuff from...

While we are discussing terrible 90s kiwi metal bands we used to record off the Axe Attack: Paul used to play a song called "Ball Sack" all the time. Who was this by? I want to remind myself how terrible it was and cringe at how I ever thought it was cool. Cheers. Edit: https://www.youtube...

Listening to pretty much only Dio era Sabbath at the moment, with Ozzy coming in a few weeks. Of course back when they did tour with Dio I didn't have the time of day for that stuff at all. I went for the hell of it because hey: it was still Geezer and Tony. Just did not appreciate like I should have.

Aren't Ghidoragh sposed to be a Hamilton band? Where's their Hamilton gig?
Cool anyway. 4 gigs in two weeks - that's some dedication for you lot surely?
5 May is a thursday. Is that right? You're not playing fri/sat?
